The hotel's location inside a big mall called Jackson Square is a huge advantage, especially in winter. The rooms with king-sized beds are kept in outrageously poor condition despite offering all the amenities. However, the service lacked any heart or customer service, as they charged me for two rooms even when I needed only one.

On the bright side, being close to the Ontario concert hall and mall shopping was a plus.
